Karen started with Bell & Bain on the shop floor and has progressed fantastically to her current role as Managing Director. Karen is highly motivated and uses these skills to progress individuals. She has all the attributes, knowledgeable, passionate, and determined. Being the MD speaks for itself in Bell & Bain. Karen is a very hands on MD, as are all the senior managers in Bell & Bain. Karen also plays an important part with key customer relationships consisting of passing on technical advice when required and also providing a top quality service.
